Restoring Order After the Storm
In the sticky August heat after Hurricane Charley, Spanish Wells felt like a warzone—splintered wood, downed power lines, and no clear boundaries between properties. One commercial lot near the Imperial River had become a dumping ground for storm debris, drawing pests and raising safety concerns for nearby residents. With construction crews stalled and liability mounting, the site owner needed a secure perimeter fast to meet city compliance and protect neighbors from hazards.
We rolled in within 2 hours with our rapid-deploy chain-link system, anchoring posts deep in the sandy soil using hydraulic drivers. Our crew worked through dusk, installing 300 linear feet of fencing with OSHA-compliant wind bracing. By morning, the site was secure, inspections passed, and neighbors felt safe walking their dogs again along the river trail.
Old 41 had that fence up before the mosquitoes even settled—now my lot’s protected and the HOA’s off my back.
